Dr Shini Somara gets a cooking lesson from a kitchen table, and she tastes chocolate that's sweeter and healthier because it's been treated with mushrooms. Greengrocer Chris Bavin heads to America to discover how our greens can be grown without sunlight, while Dara experiences the mind-reading menu which knows what you want before you do. This series will change the way we think about the food we grow, buy and eat.
