In Ultimate Airport Dubai, step behind-the-scenes of Dubai International’s three massive terminals, including Terminal 3 – the largest building on earth by floor space, measuring 359 football pitches in size! With unprecedented access to all facets of this mega facility, the series follows some of the 60,000 staff working hard to keep it safe, secure, and on schedule Part 1 Documentary going behind the scenes at Dubai International Airport as its staff try to intercept smugglers, make emergency repairs and build a brand new concourse. Part 2 A crisis strikes at the airport when the 55-mile long baggage system breaks down, and 200 volunteers take part in a test of the brand new concourse. Part 3 Chaos is caused at one of the world's busiest airports when cargo and construction materials go missing, leading to eventual hold-ups. Part 4 Staff are forced to deal with drunken passengers at one of the world's busiest airports, and crucial checks are made to the runways. Part 5 An emergency in air traffic control leads to a runway closure, which has major consequences all across the airport. Meanwhile, problems arise on the site of the new terminal. Part 6 Staff deal with a stranded family that misses its flight, and race to finish the new concourse in time for its scheduled inspection. Part 7 The staff are challenge when a $379million plane goes missing. Plus, the pressure is on as there are just 18 days remaining for the work on the new concourse to be completed. Part 8 The airport staff are forced to cope when a large group of travellers become stranded. Plus, a missing passenger throws a flight to Australia into jeopardy. Part 9 Medical teams scramble when they receive news of an emergency on an incoming flight. Plus, customs staff uncover a bag of uncut diamonds, and a cargo of racehorses causes major problems. Part 10 Missing passengers threaten to seriously delay a flight to Perth. Meanwhile, there are headaches for engineers when a $208million jet refuses to start.
