The Shonan coastal region in Japan conjures up images of summertime, youth culture, fashion. While they're waiting, most just relax. Some talk. Businessmen exhausted from their daily routine. People who have lost a beloved partner and now live alone. All of them are waiting for a spell of "clear weather".
