It does not always mean meeting the offender face to face – sometimes it’s a process which takes place over months, sometimes years - and can involve letters or messages being exchanged.Whether bringing a victim of crime face to face with the perpetrator actually works, featuring the case of 93-year-old Irene, whose house was broken into by 19-year-old Callum. This film explores what happens when Callum is forced to confront his actions in front of his victim's family and whether restorative justice can really make a difference.
