As they struggle to learn the moves and get used to taking off their clothes to music and exposing their bodies, conversation turns to the reason they are doing it - men's attitude to health and their concerns about getting their kit off. The boys brave enough to have a go include McFly drummer Harry Judd, TOWIE star Elliott Wright, ballet dancer Wayne Sleep, Olympic swimmer Mark Foster, Emmerdale's Matthew Wolfenden, TV presenter Dom Littlewood, and actor Danny John-Jules.
