His intention is to open a pop-up shop selling nothing but local produce to see if there is an appetite for it. His first stop is a small fishing cove on the Llyn Peninsula, where he heads out to sea with fishermen.[edit] Part 2 Gareth Wyn Jones visits butcher Ieuan Edwards' factory to find out what it is like working with big business and even tries his hand making a sausage or two. The farmer also explores the price war on milk, while retail giant Tesco agrees to let him track one of its products from supplier to store, so he hits the road to follow the supermarket supply chain. Mali Harries narrates.[edit] Part 3 Every year, Welsh schools, hospitals and other public bodies spend more than ￡70million on food and Gareth Wyn Jones thinks the Government should be helping Welsh farmers and food producers by buying local. To see if it is possible to feed the public with locally sourced food, Gareth sets out to feed an inner-city school using ingredients produced within 50 miles.
